Welcome to the University of Portsmouth Gaming Society website. Please all join our forums, visit the chatroom and come along to some of our events. The aim of the society is to provide a place within Portsmouth where gamers of all types can meet. We are here to promote gaming to everyone not just people in engineering and computing. Through out the year we plan to host several events and to attend other events to interact with other university societies.
The society is a multi-disciplinary gaming society and have many members who play CS:S and COD4 online regularly, we also have a large number users on Xbox Live. Some of the events that we plan to run this year include running our own LAN's and various gaming tournaments and competitions hopefully with prizes. We aim to be a active and social society, we hold events weekly.
